Truth GTO (the "Service", https://truthgto.com) is a Texas hold'em strategy study tool. You set up a board, ranges and bet sizes and our solver computes an approximate GTO (game-theory optimal) strategy; you can also browse preflop ranges, see per-hand action frequencies and expected values (EV), and ask an AI assistant to explain a node.
The Service does not offer gambling, betting, chips, games or a poker room. It is an analysis and learning tool only.
2. Results are approximate; no guarantee of profit
Results are approximate solutions under the bet sizes, raise cap and convergence accuracy that we configure, not exact equilibria of the full game. Each result shows its exploitability.
Different solver builds or settings can give slightly different frequencies, and results may differ from other solver software.
AI explanations are generated by a large language model from solver data and may be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgment.

3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use the Service where you live. Whether real-money poker is lawful where you are is your responsibility.
Provide accurate information and keep your password or Google account secure. Accounts may not be transferred, rented or shared. You are responsible for activity on your account.
We may suspend or terminate suspicious accounts (mass sign-ups, abnormal use).
4. Plans, quotas and payment
Plans, prices and quotas are those shown on the in-app "Plans & points" page. We may change them; paid periods already purchased are not affected.
Only genuinely new solves and each AI question consume quota. Loading saved results, identical settings already solved by others (shared cache) and browsing do not. Failed or cancelled solves are refunded to your quota.
Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled; after cancellation the Service continues until the end of the paid period. Points do not expire.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record (it charges you, issues receipts and handles sales tax). We do not receive or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy's own terms also apply.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
use bots, scrapers or other automation to bulk-query or copy results, or build a competing database;
resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute the results database or a substantial part of it (personal study, sharing screenshots and brief quotation are fine);
reverse engineer the solver or the site, try to obtain source code, or bypass quotas, rate limits or security measures;
submit unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or interfere with the Service or other users;
use the Service for real-time assistance in real-money online games where the poker site prohibits such tools. Rules differ between sites; you are responsible for checking them and for any resulting account action or loss.
6. Intellectual property
The website, solver, interface and text belong to the operator or its licensors. Settings and ranges you enter remain yours; you license us to process them to provide the Service (including storing them in the shared solve cache). Truth GTO is not affiliated with GTO Wizard, PioSolver, Anthropic, Claude or any other third-party product or company; those names belong to their owners.
7. Availability
We aim for a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates or failures may interrupt running solves (quota is refunded). We may add, change or discontinue features; if the whole Service ends we will give advance notice and refund the remaining paid period.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including any poker winnings or losses). Total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by email (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, normally after notice and a chance to remedy unless the breach is serious.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them; if you do not, stop using it and see the Refund Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes are handled under the jurisdiction rules of the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws, after good-faith negotiation.
